The SWTC Student Help Desk provides technology and computing support over the phone, Internet, and walk-in assistance.
The Student Help Desk will be available for SWTC students, faculty, and staff personal equipment on a daily basis throughout the Fall and Spring semesters.
The SWTC Student Help Desk will be supervised by Aaron Holverson, IT - Network Communications Specialist Instructor, maintained by a work study hired by the Business & Management department and labored by students who successfully completed the CompTIA A+ coursework. The supervisor will be reponsible for performing as a liaison with the college, financial manager, and overall business functions for the Student Help Desk. The work study will be responsible for maintaining the schedule, communications with customers and the supervisor.
